Flowers & Greenery
Selecting florals that are often associated with the holiday season is one way to add a touch of the holidays to your event. For greenery, you can opt for Pine, Rosemary, and Spruce that not only look festive but smell like the holidays too! And for florals you can include popular seasonal flowers such as Poinsettias and Gardenias! Additionally, if the holiday greenery and flowers are not the exact floral types you’re looking for, you could select a color theme that’s related to the holidays and select greenery and florals that can be found in those colors instead!
Linens
Holiday color palettes are often seen to include various shades of red, white, gold, green, and even blue sometimes for couples who want to create the feeling of a chilly winter in Hawaii! Having a color theme inspired by the holiday season can be greatly showcased by your linens! Especially if you imagine having A LOT of linen throughout your reception venue, such as pipe and drape, uplighting, tablecloths, chair covers, napkins, and etc! Linens that are associated with the colors of the festive season can turn your wedding reception into a winter wonderland!

Centerpieces and Favors
As typically on every guest table there is one centerpiece and favor for each guest, instead of going with something that can be seen at any time of the year as your wedding is during the holiday season you have the opportunity to have a centerpiece or favor that is specific to the holidays! For instance a centerpiece made of the holiday florals we previously mentioned, or even a mini Christmas tree! As for favors, these items could be personalized ornaments, candycanes, or sweet treats wrapped as presents. Your centerpieces and favors could be a fun DIY activity for you and your Fiance to do or of course could be something you could find from amazing homemade shops on Etsy!
