The Timeline is created by compiling vendor contracts, your visions & choices along with A Perfect Day’s signature checklists & forms. Each timeline is created by one of our expert coordinators, and specifically: outlined for easy readability, detailed to the minute complete with prep reminders, and segmented to easily assign specific tasks to family & friends. Our timeline is designed to keep you on schedule, avoiding penalties, awkward pauses, and unnecessary lags in your ceremony & reception. You will have phone numbers, item quantities, & specifics on hand in the event of questions or emergencies. You will be able to breathe easy with peace of mind through planning!

This package includes 2 meetings with an Event Manager. The 1st meeting will be to provide information and details to the Event Manger and the 2nd meeting will be used so the Event Manager will be able to go over your time line with you. This package is best suited for couples who would like to have their friends and family members to help them on their wedding day, and would just like the extra assurance that the flow of events have been created and approved by a professional who has had the privilege of helping many previous times!
