Time line Development Package
~The Timeline is created by compiling vendor contracts, your visions & choices along with A Perfect Day's signature checklists & forms. Each timeline is created by one of our expert coordinators, and specifically: outlined for easy readability, detailed to the minute complete with prep reminders, and segmented to easily assign specific tasks to family & friends. Our timeline are designed to keep you on schedule, avoiding penalties, awkward pauses, and unnecessary lags in your ceremony & reception. You will have phone numbers, item quantities, & specifics on hand in the event of questions or emergencies. You will be able to breathe easy with peace of mind through planning!

Wedding Planner Package
~Communication with a wedding planner via phone and e-mail. An unlimited amount of hours for meetings to use throughout the planning process up to 2 days prior. Recommends, contacts, secures, confirms, and follows up with vendors… Secures meetings and price lists. A wedding planner becomes your personal wedding assistant. Rehearsals, ceremony and reception not attended. (Possible vendor discounts may be provided.)

On-Site Coordinator Package
~The total planning time for this package is on average is196 hours.

~One time ceremony and reception site tour, meeting to develop the wedding day timeline and cover details, preparation and distribution of time line to all vendors, organize and submit final payments to vendors, review of all vendor contracts, confirmation call to each vendor prior to the wedding day, rehearsal attendance (one hour), attendance and coordination of the ceremony (making sure everyone is in place), attendance and coordination of the reception, coordination of vendors, friendly reminders and updates to “helpers,” minimum of 1 coordinator’s assistant, troubleshooting, coordination starts once a signed contract and retainer payment are received (note: We would ideally like to work with each couple for at least 3 months. We have worked with clients for the "On-Site Coordinator Package" more than 2 years in advanced or as little as 1 week.), Wedding Day coordination (no time limit), and use of Emergency Kit.

Full Coordination
~This option is designed for the couples who want to feel the excitement and enjoyment of not only being engaged but the entire planning process from the moment they begin till their wedding day (and hopefully well beyond). Those couples that don’t have the time or want a professional to handle one of the biggest events in their lifetime while having full control would be best suited for this package.
