Some wedding days simply radiate joy from beginning to end, and Kara and Jason’s beautiful celebration at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki was exactly that! Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the couple filled their day with heartfelt moments, meaningful traditions, and plenty of fun, creating memories they’ll cherish for a lifetime!

The day began with Kara and Jason getting ready separately in their own hotel rooms, eagerly anticipating the moment they would finally see one another!

Kara looked stunning in her elegant wedding gown, complete with a flowing veil that added a timeless, romantic touch to her bridal look. She carried a soft bouquet of light pink and white blooms accented with fresh greenery, perfectly complementing the day's color palette!

Meanwhile, Jason looked handsome in a tan suit paired with a light pink boutonniere that beautifully matched Kara’s bouquet. Together, their coordinated looks perfectly reflected the soft, romantic atmosphere of their wedding day!

One of the most touching moments of the day was Kara and Jason’s first look. Away from the excitement of the ceremony, they shared a quiet, intimate moment together before officially saying "I do."

Following their first look, the couple celebrated with a beautiful butterfly release! As the butterflies were released, several gently remained on Kara, creating an unforgettable moment that felt almost magical. Often seen as symbols of hope, transformation, and new beginnings, the butterflies served as a beautiful reminder of the exciting new chapter Kara and Jason were beginning together!

Family and friends gathered on the beautiful Na Lea Terrace as Kara and Jason exchanged heartfelt personal vows overlooking the beauty of Waikīkī!

The ceremony space was beautifully decorated with soft white and blush pink florals, creating an elegant and romantic setting that perfectly complemented the oceanfront surroundings!

As they promised forever to one another, there wasn't a dry eye among their loved ones. Their personalized vows made the ceremony feel incredibly meaningful and reflected the love and friendship they share!

After the ceremony, guests remained on the Na Lea Terrace as the space transformed into a beautiful reception venue! Hosting both the ceremony and reception in the same location created a seamless experience, allowing everyone to continue celebrating without missing a moment!

The reception décor carried the same romantic floral design seen throughout the ceremony, with soft pink blooms, crisp white flowers, and lush greenery adorning the tables and sweetheart area!

As the sun began to set, Kara and Jason shared their first dance as newlyweds while dazzling cold sparks lit up the moment, creating an unforgettable scene that felt straight out of a fairytale!

The evening was filled with laughter as the couple and their guests enjoyed fun wedding games that brought everyone together. From heartfelt speeches to playful moments shared among family and friends, every part of the celebration reflected Kara and Jason's joyful personalities!

Guests were also treated to a shave ice station, offering a refreshing local favorite that added a fun Hawaiian touch to the reception. It was the perfect sweet treat before everyone hit the dance floor to celebrate late into the evening!

Erica & Michael’s wedding day at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki was the perfect way to begin the new year — filled with heartfelt moments, joyful celebrations, and so much love from the people surrounding them. From emotional first looks to unforgettable reception moments, every part of their day reflected the beautiful connection they share!

The morning began with excitement and anticipation as Erica and Michael got ready for the biggest day of their lives. Erica looked absolutely stunning in her timeless white wedding gown, while Michael looked incredibly handsome in a navy suit paired with a gray bow tie for a classic and elegant look!

Their wedding color palette was beautifully woven throughout the day with soft white florals, lush greenery, and touches of dusty blue creating a romantic and timeless atmosphere. The bridesmaids looked lovely in dusty blue dresses while the groomsmen complemented the palette perfectly in sand-colored suits!

One of the sweetest moments of the day was the couple’s first look inside the bridal suite. As soon as they saw each other, their joy and excitement completely filled the room. The emotions were so genuine and heartfelt — you could truly feel how excited they were to finally become husband and wife!

The couple exchanged vows during a beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by family and friends beneath the warm Hawaiian sun. The setting felt romantic, intimate, and full of happiness as loved ones gathered to witness the beginning of their next chapter together!

Guests were thoughtfully provided with fans to help keep cool throughout the touching ceremony, adding both comfort and a sweet detail to the experience. As Erica and Michael shared their vows, there was so much love and emotion in the air. Every glance, smile, and tear reflected the deep connection they share with one another!

The reception kicked off with so much excitement and energy as the wedding party made their grand entrance with choreographed dances that had guests cheering and laughing. Erica and Michael then made an unforgettable entrance of their own accompanied by a lion dance, bringing such a fun and celebratory atmosphere into the evening.

The newlyweds shared a sweet and romantic first dance before moving into emotional parent dances that had everyone smiling through happy tears. Throughout the evening, family and friends shared heartfelt speeches that made it so clear just how loved Erica and Michael are by everyone around them.

One of the most memorable moments of the evening came when Michael serenaded Erica with a beautiful performance of Kolohe Kai’s “Dream Girl.” It was such a heartfelt surprise and a moment filled with so much love and emotion.
