2) Email-Consultation Package: Price starts at $500 a month
- Unlimited communication with a wedding planner via e-mail ONLY. We will recommend vendors, give tips, answer questions and help you make informed choices.
- This package is best suited for couples who want to do most of their research and planning on their own or does most of their wedding planning on-line. Organized and detail oriented couples with enough time on their hands who don’t feel the need or have the time to talk to a Coordinator or just wants someone with experience to provide peace of mind would be best suited for this package.
3) Planning Series Workshop(s):

A Perfect Day Event Manager will instruct on the following workshop topics, provide outlined guidance, detailed instruction, rules, tricks & tips, and address all questions both real & hypothetical.
- This option is designed to help the amateur planner / do-it-yourself bride learn the different aspects involved in professional planning. The classes can be booked as a complete package (5 classes), or individually selected, depending on one’s particular needs & focus. The workshops are currently offered on an ongoing set monthly schedule for group classes, OR can be scheduled around your personal schedule for individual personalized instruction.

4) Timeline Development Package: Price starts at $300

The Timeline is created by compiling vendor contracts, your visions & choices along with A Perfect Day's signature checklists & forms. Each timeline is created by one of our expert coordinators, and specifically: outlined for easy readability, detailed to the minute complete with prep reminders, and segmented to easily assign specific tasks to family & friends. Our timeline are designed to keep you on schedule, avoiding penalties, awkward pauses, and unnecessary lags in your ceremony & reception. You will have phone numbers, item quantities, & specifics on hand in the event of questions or emergencies. You will be able to breathe easy with peace of mind through planning!
- This package is best suited for couples who would like to have their friends and family members to help them on their wedding day, and would just like the extra assurance that the flow of events have been created and approved by a professional who has had the privilege of helping many previous times!
5) Wedding Planner Package: Price starts at $3,000.00

Communication with a wedding planner via phone and e-mail. A minimum of 20 hours of meetings to use throughout the planning process up to 2 days prior. Recommends, contacts, secures, confirms, and follows up with vendors… Secures meetings and price lists. A wedding planner becomes your personal wedding assistant. Rehearsals, ceremony and reception not attended. (Possible vendor discounts may be provided.)
- This package is best suited for couples who have someone to coordinate their big day, but are looking for assistance in all other aspects of the planning process and want the peace of mind knowing that they are getting their money’s worth.
6) On-Site Coordinator Package: Price starts at $2,200.00 (all day), $700.00 (ceremony), $700.00 (reception), $500.00 (getting ready), $350.00 (formal pictures)
- The total planning time for this package is on average... 120 hours.
- The total charge is dependent upon the actual time incurred.
- One time ceremony and reception site tour, meeting to develop the wedding day timeline and cover details, preparation and distribution of time line to all vendors, organize and submit final payments to vendors, review of all vendor contracts, confirmation call to each vendor prior to the wedding day, determine possible vendors in the event of last minute cancellations, rehearsal attendance (one hour), attendance and coordination of the ceremony (making sure everyone is in place), attendance and coordination of the reception, coordination of vendors, friendly reminders and updates to “helpers,” minimum of 1 coordinator’s assistant, troubleshooting, coordination starts once a signed contract and retainer payment are received (note: We would ideally like to work with each couple for at least 3 months. We have worked with clients for the "On-Site Coordinator Package" more than 2 years in advanced.), Wedding Day coordination (no time limit), and use of Emergency Kit.
- Complimentary vendor recommendations, vendor referrals, ideas, suggestions, and opinions (all as long as no research is involved) – these services commence upon receipt of the signed contract along with the non-refundable retainer payment..
- Treating you like the King and Queen of your big day and allowing you to enjoy every moment to the fullest, while A Perfect Day ensures that all your requests are carried out. This includes the Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception. This package is for the couple that has devoted their time and hard work to plan their event to the last detail, but want to allow not only friends and family to enjoy their big day, but themselves as well.
7) Wedding Planner & On-Site Coordinator Package:
- This package includes everything in both the Wedding Planner Package and On-Site Coordinator Package.
- This package is designed for the couples who want to feel the excitement and enjoyment of not only being engaged but the entire planning process from the moment they begin till their wedding day (and hopefully well beyond). Those couples that don’t have the time or want a professional to handle one of the biggest events in their lifetime while having full control would be best suited for this package.
