Q: What can I expect?

A: We meet at our office, located in the Kaka'ako Business Center (1019 Waimanu Street, Suite 101, Honolulu, Hi 96814). If this location is inconvenient, we can arrange a mutually agreeable time for a phone consultation or select an alternate location. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the scope of your event and determine what services you desire. From this information, we can determine which (if any) package would best suit your unique situation or customize one to fit your unique needs. All initial consultations are complimentary and an excellent opportunity for the bride & groom to take advantage of this opportunity. Please bring with you ideas, vendor information, questions, suggestions, pictures, etc. and feel free to ask for vendor recommendations, referrals, ideas, suggestions, etc. We hope that you get as much out of this meeting as possible. As we realize not everyone can afford a wedding planner/coordinator for the planning process, this is one way we hope to help as many couples as possible.

Initial Planning

Initial Planning is the most appropriate next step. Typically, those with very limited requirements can use our A-la-Carte services to accomplish their goals. Some couples may need only two or three hours of A-la-Carte Planning, while others may opt to combine 2 of our popular packages to equate "Full Coordination".

The first priority is to search out and select the reception site, which then sets the stage for the ceremony timing and bookings, of requested service providers. Once decisions have been made, individual contracts will be executed and deposits will be placed with the appropriate parties.

With all service packages, an in depth written profile is completed along with an executed Planning Services Agreement before proceeding to actual planning.

Q: How many times will I have to meet during the planning process?

As many as you want! We never want to limit the amount of communication any of our couples can contact us. We would love to hear from you as often as possible...Yes, even if you are worried about something you saw on Bridezilla, Whose Wedding Is It Anyway, Platinum Weddings, etc.! Often times, couples request to meet with us in person just to put their mind at ease and know that they are on the right track or work out a plan of action to get back on track...so please know you can ALWAYS contact us! As much or as little as you prefer of the planning (including the Initial Consultation) can be performed via phone, mail, and E-mail, so please let us know what you prefer.
